Mobile detailing software has to work away from the desk. Test the full job path on a phone: create an enquiry, build an estimate, schedule the job, assign the technician, add before-and-after photos, invoice, and collect payment.

Look closely at travel time, service areas, customer reminders, deposits, and photo storage. A tool that is fast in the office may still slow down the technician if the mobile workflow takes too many taps or fails in poor signal areas.

Model the cost for one operator and for the team you expect next year. Include user licences, payment processing, SMS, routing, accounting sync, and any add-ons needed for online booking or inspection reports.
