Software implementation plan for the first 30 days
A phased launch plan that turns a new subscription into a working daily system.
Week two is for configuration and testing. Set up permissions, calendars, services, payment rules, templates, and integrations. Run real records through the workflow and document any gaps. Resolve the important exceptions before training the wider team.
Week three is for role-based training. Teach each person the minimum steps they perform every day and give them a one-page checklist. Have staff complete a mock booking or job, not merely watch a demonstration. Collect questions in one place and update the process notes.
Week four is a controlled launch. Track bookings, completed work, invoices, payments, and customer messages daily. Hold a short review with the team, fix configuration issues, and postpone non-essential automations until the core routine is stable. Success is consistent use, not the number of features enabled.
