Software pricing checklist: subscription, processing, setup, and add-ons

A practical way to compare the real annual cost of business software beyond the headline monthly price.

Headline pricing rarely tells the full story. Build a one-year cost view that includes subscription, users, locations, calendars, message credits, payment processing, hardware, setup, data migration, training, and support.

Ask which features shown in the demo are included in the quoted plan. Online booking, marketing, route optimisation, accounting sync, forms, branded pages, and reporting are often plan-limited or add-on features.

Compare cost against workflow value. A cheaper tool that forces daily manual work can be more expensive than a higher subscription that removes repeat admin, speeds payment, and reduces missed bookings.
