What to verify before publishing software pricing

A pricing verification checklist for software review sites that cite vendor pages, plan limits, fees, add-ons, and dates.

Before publishing pricing, verify the official pricing URL, currency, billing period, annual versus monthly terms, user limits, location limits, transaction fees, onboarding, support, and add-ons.

Avoid overclaiming when pricing is custom or plan-specific. Use clear wording like request pricing, from published plan, or verify with vendor when the final cost depends on configuration.

Record the date checked and update pages on a recurring schedule. Pricing pages are among the first places readers notice stale content.
